Chris Cosby
President & Chief Executive Officer
Selected as ODEC's president and CEO effective February 1, 2025. Previously served as Chief Operating Officer and SVP of Power Supply. Joined ODEC in 2018, bringing deep operational experience in cooperative power supply and generation management.
Jack Robb
Senior Vice President & Chief Legal Officer
Named Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President effective January 1, 2024. Provides strategic legal counsel across all ODEC operations, regulatory matters, and governance functions.
Bryan S. Rogers, CPA
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Oversees ODEC's financial operations, reporting, and planning. Manages the cooperative's fiscal strategy including SEC filings, credit relationships, and the FERC formula rate that governs wholesale power contracts with member cooperatives.
Andrew Vehorn
Senior Vice President, Member Engagement
Named Senior Vice President of Member Engagement effective December 16, 2024. Leads ODEC's relationships with its 11 member cooperatives, overseeing energy programs, communications, and strategic member initiatives.
Michael Wise
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2026. Previously SVP of Power Supply. Oversees ODEC's power supply responsibilities while assuming broader operational leadership across the cooperative.
