Steven A. Harmon
ChairmanCommunity Electric Cooperative
President and CEO of Community Electric Cooperative and CEO of subsidiary RECORE, LLC. More than 40 years of experience in the power industry, beginning as an apprentice lineman and advancing through various managerial roles to lead Community Electric beginning in 2013.
Micheal Malandro
Vice ChairmanChoptank Electric Cooperative
President and Chief Executive Officer of Choptank Electric since 2019. Professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from West Virginia University. Completed NRECA's Robert I. Kabat Management program. Veteran of the U.S. Army and West Virginia National Guard.

Secretary-TreasurerShenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative
President and CEO of Shenandoah Valley Electric Cooperative. Holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech. Licensed professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
